1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and vip27 ("vip27", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at vip27.ws.

1.2 By completing the registration process, making a deposit, accessing any game, or otherwise using any feature of the vip27 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full.

1.3 These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and vip27.

1.4 vip27 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in your vip27 Account at any given time, excluding bonus credits.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they and any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The vip27 Platform is intended solely for use by individuals physically located within the Philippines. You represent and warrant that your access to and use of the Platform does not violate any law or regulation applicable in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform.

3.3 Registration Requirements. To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number and email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate at all times.

3.4 Identity Verification. vip27 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, and residential address at any time. This may include a government-issued photo ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, or driver's licence), proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in Account suspension or closure.

3.5 Prohibition on Multiple Accounts. Each player may maintain only one (1) active Account on vip27. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited. vip27 may suspend all related Accounts and forfeit all associated balances and bonuses upon detection of multiple Accounts linked to the same individual.

3.6 Account Transfers. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights therein to any third party.

4.1 Login Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vip27 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. vip27 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify vip27 immediately by contacting [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your Account or any breach of your password security.

4.3 Account Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting vip27's customer support team via Live Chat or at [email protected]. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to applicable KYC requirements being satisfied.

4.4 Account Suspension by vip27. vip27 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects or determines that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise irregular activity has been detected; (c) you have provided false or misleading registration information; or (d) continued operation of your Account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to vip27.

4.5 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months shall be classified as inactive. vip27 may apply a monthly administrative fee of ₱50 to inactive Accounts after providing thirty (30) days' written notice to the registered email address. The Account Balance will not be reduced below zero as a result of this fee. Players may reactivate an Account at any time by logging in and completing any applicable identity verification.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. vip27 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). vip27 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable prior notice where practicable.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. vip27 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawal requests will only be processed after all applicable KYC documentation has been verified and any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds have been satisfied. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. vip27 aims to process withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours of approval. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are generally completed within one (1) banking day. Bank transfer withdrawals via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to three (3) banking days. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or in cases where additional verification is required.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering. All transactions on vip27 are subject to monitoring for compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act 9160, as amended) and applicable PAGCOR regulations. vip27 is obligated to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities without prior notification to the Account holder.

5.6 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that lawfully belong to you. The use of funds obtained illegally, through fraudulent means, or through any form of financial crime is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. vip27 may, at its discretion, offer various bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the applicable promotion in addition to these general Terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of thirty times (30x) the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus would require ₱30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is established.

6.3 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live dealer and table games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10–20%) or may be excluded from wagering requirement calculations entirely. Specific contribution rates are detailed in the relevant promotion terms.

6.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion terms will automatically expire and be removed from your Account. vip27 is not obligated to provide prior notice before bonus expiry.

6.5 Bonus Abuse. vip27 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim welcome bonuses, matched betting using promotional funds, exploiting software errors, and engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements. vip27 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close Accounts where abuse is identified.

6.6 One Welcome Bonus Per Player. Welcome bonuses and new player promotions are available to new registrants only, limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method. vip27 may deny bonus eligibility where multiple registrations from the same source are detected.

7.1 Game Availability. vip27 offers a range of game categories including slots, live dealer games, table games, sports betting, bingo, horse racing, and online sabong. Game availability may vary due to technical maintenance, licensing restrictions, or regulatory requirements, and vip27 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove any game at any time.

7.2 Random Number Generation. 7.4 Errors and Malfunctions. 8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vip27 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Accessing or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person to create a duplicate Account;
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund your Account;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or manipulate outcomes;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or technical error to obtain winnings or credits not intended by vip27;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any element of the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing vip27 staff or other players;
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification processes.

8.2 vip27 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a player's conduct constitutes a prohibited activity. Such determination is final and binding.

9.1 vip27 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and enjoyable gaming for all players aged 21 and above. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

9.3 Self-Exclusion. A self-exclusion request will be processed within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the minimum exclusion period has elapsed.

10.1 All content on the vip27 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, user interface designs, and the vip27 brand name and logo — is the property of vip27 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to: (a) reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content; (b) modify or create derivative works based on Platform content; (c) use any vip27 trademarks, logos, or brand elements without express written consent.

10.3 Any unauthorised use of vip27's intellectual property may result in Account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable Philippine law.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vip27 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

11.2 vip27 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features.

11.3 In no event shall vip27's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit vip27's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

12.1 vip27 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, vip27 will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice to registered players via email or prominent in-platform notification before the amended Terms take effect.

12.2 Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, formatting changes, or clarifications that do not alter the substance of your rights or obligations — may be made without advance notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.

12.3 The version of these Terms bearing the most recent "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page shall be the version in force and binding on all parties. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 4.3.

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Regulatory Oversight. vip27 operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. Unresolved complaints that fall within PAGCOR's jurisdiction may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official player dispute resolution channels.

13.3 Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute by contacting vip27's customer support team in good faith. vip27 will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve player complaints within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.

13.4 Jurisdiction. Subject to Clause 13.2, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, in respect of any claim or dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.
